2005 SAIA Meeting
Galt House
Louisville, Kentucky
June 7-9, 2005
The Southwest Area Instructor's Association met in Louisville at the Galt House during June. We had several good speakers and program sharing was a great success. One of the highlights of the meeting was when there was a drawing for the Ostrich Egg with the hand painted lineman was won by Steve Talbot, Diane Shearer (Vernon Shearer's Spouse and he is from East Ky Power) hand painted the egg. Jim Wight current chairman conducted the meeting and then passed the gavel to Mike Bergeaux of Louisanna Statewide. Mike Bereaux was the recipient of the 2005 Ray Pantel Award. It was decided to have the 2006 meeting within the Great State of Alabama.
