ABOUT US
In 1977, a discussion was started by Walter Bright at the Des Moines, IA National Utility Training & Safety Education Association (NUTSEA) meeting about starting a program for safety trainers similar to Quad States. In the beginning years, there was a winter and summer meeting along with the business meeting at the annual NUTSEA conference.
