The Future of Electricity (An Analysis)
08/11/2000

Since 1999, consumers in Pennsylvania have been living with a restructured electric utility environment. Pennsylvania is one of the first states to deal with electric restructuring.

Even though electric restructuring has not come to Kentucky - thanks in large part to low electric rates and findings by the Kentucky Task Force on Deregulation to take a slow approach - we can learn from the experiences of other states.

This three part series appeared recently in Kentucky Living magazine - the statewide publication for Kentucky's electric cooperatives.
